Baby field greens, cherry tomatoes and julienne carrots


Main Course

Spinach & Ricotta Cheese Ravioli

Spinach & Ricotta Cheese Raviolis stuffed with spinach and ricotta

Chicken Milanese

Chicken breast, lightly breaded, pan fried and served with roasted potatoes

Spinach Crepes
With cream spinach, béchamel sauce and mozzarella

Salmon Teriyaki

Sautéed wild Alaskan salmon, marinated in a ginger lime teriyaki sauce served
with tempura onion rings and vegetables

Fettuccini with shrimp and arugula tossed in shallot white wine sauce

Chicken Monte Carlo

Breast of chicken rolled with goat cheese, sun dried tomato and basil served with sautéed garlic spinach and potato puree

The New Yorker
10oz New York steak, grilled and served with fries Mussels

Shallots, garlic and parsley in a white wine cream sauce Osso Bucco

Veal shank braised with cabernet sauce, served potato puree and spinach

Four Courses ~ $49 per guest

This package includes a choice of three appetizers, a choice of salad, a choice o four entrees and a choice of dessert.

Course One

Choose THREE of the following:

Ovaline Burrata Ovaline mozzarella, beefsteak tomato, basil and extra virgin olive oil

Lobster Cakes   With mixed greens and sweet whole grain mustard sauce

Calamari  Lightly fried, served with lemon and dressing

Asian Green Beans  Sauteed with a sweet sherry wine and garlic glaze

Asparagus Rolls  Tips of asparagus rolled in fresh foie gras and wrapped with thin, sliced       seared beef, served with a miso teriyaki glaze


Course Two
Your guest’s choice of

Dinner Salad  Baby field greens, cherry tomatoes and julienne carrots

Caesar Salad  With our own caesar dressing (anchovies)

Goat Cheese Salad  Mixed mesclun with julienne beets, pinenuts, champagne vinaigrette

Half chicken sautéed with cajun spices and served with potato puree

Rack of Lamb

Roasted baby rack of lamb with a garlic butter sauce served with
seasonal vegetables and potato au gratin

USDA prime 12 ounce steak, grilled and served with béarnaise sauce or green peppercorn sauce and fries

Chilean Sea Bass

Fresh Chilean sea bass served with miso glazed teriyaki sauce or lobster butter sauce  served
